6-seater dining table, 72 x 36 in, solid sheesham preferred over veneer — he was clear about that. Wants a matte finish, not gloss. Chairs to be quoted separately as he may reuse his existing ones. Flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift, but the lift is small: table top must come up the stairs or be assembled on site. No rush, comparing prices for now.
